We have clients who range from 140 - 280 pounds starting out. We can accomodate any fitness level, previous injuries or surgeries, and those who haven't exercised for a while. You will feel stronger, more confident, and lose fat in the first week of the program! Program includes 60 workouts (5 per week), a personalized diet plan that changes as you lose weight, and all-access pass to your fitness coach in person or via email if you prefer, and lots of support and accountability.
